Made You Look

Made You Look is a proposed identity for an annual graduating graphic design show, centered on themes of visibility, creativity, and audience engagement. The design approach uses primary colours and shapes, and features a bold typographic logo with eye motifs replacing the “o”s in “look” to emphasize ones attention and curiosity. The intention behind the use of basic shapes and colours is to remind individuals about the importance of learning and where we all started off. Whimsical character mascots add personality and warmth to the system, circling back to the idea of humanistic design.

To drive the idea of community i have designed a custom character design system that can be collectively featured across event materials. Together, these elements form a flexible and recognizable visual language that celebrates individual expression within a shared experience.
